Mama Reads Aloud "Vunce Upon a Time" Book

When I came across "Vunce Upon a Time" by J.otto Seibold, I instantly had to have it. First of all, it is about a vegetarian vampire, which I thought was so fun and would be great to share with my son since we are a vegan family. This book turned out to be even better than I expected.

1. It has creative, beautifully detailed illustrations that really add to the story. And check out those end-papers! Wow!
2. There is fun quest that the main character takes on to get something he really loves.
3. The storyline has a lot of creativity in it that will make you smile and chuckle.
4. The main character occasionally gets angry and that's okay. It's just part of the process. I love that he's relatable!
4. He comes to realize that sometime we fear things that we don't need to and is opened up to a new friendship.

I highly recommend you check this book out. It's so much fun and not a scary book if you're concerned about that for your kids.
