How I’m letting go and embracing a new way of living - highly sensitive personality
I wanted to make a video more focused on mindfulness, and the ways that I have tuned into myself in order to improve my mental health by leaps and bounds. I am quite avoidant when it comes to certain uncomfortable emotions and life questions, as many of us are, and I wanted to share how leaning into this and allowing myself to be meditative and self-reflective has helped me be a better person for myself and for those I love. Especially doing so in silence and quietness. I hope perhaps this can add something to your day, or simply provide a little moment of peace. Take care
