During the second covid wave in April and May 2021, visuals of dead bodies floating on Ganga triggered outrage and condemnation in the country and even globally. Innumerable people across Uttar Pradesh complained of losing their loved ones to lack of oxygen support or hospital beds. It’s been less than a year to all of this.
