Just wanted to let you guys know it was an amazing experience to pick and see all the selections they have. Just be mindful they will give you 11% of your purchase price to do upgrades and if anything above the price point you have to write them a Cheque at given time frame. If you are adding Solar it does add to your gallery day pick or basically said as it adds up with your 11% of the amount given by them. Be careful if you are on budget and try to see basic stuff they give you. Some stuffs are very costly. Electrical is only given in a certain rooms. Most likely everything is upgrade. If you have a budget I would recommend to stick to your budget because if you thinking to get solar later after you move in you can’t get that because they have only Vivint solar services available and it’s can’t be done after you sign that final home design upgraded paper works. Richmond homes staff is amazing and very helpful. We weren’t told about the solar and how they work wanted to let you all know.
