Week #38: Always Reward Loyalty! I Bought Darby A New Car For His 1-Year Bonus!!!

Wanna know the most important character trait I look for in someone?
LOYALTY
It's not something that can be taught...you either possess it or you don't.
It's not something that can be bought...but should always be rewarded.
Darby started shooting/editing videos for us back in October 2020 and was a one man operation for 9 months.
He sacrificed having a social life to make sure our videos were the best he could deliver and always in a timely manner (hour and a half videos shot just days before being posted).
His travel schedule was always unplanned and changed last minute...he never complained.
