The WARZONE PACIFIC MAP May *Not* Be Exactly What We Think...

Call of Duty Warzone is going to be making a huge change later this year with the integration of Call of Duty Vanguard’s content. What’s interesting though is that there’s a lot of assumptions in the direction Warzone will be going once Vanguard is integrated, but we don’t have much factual or stated basis for some of these assumptions and as such, one key part may be different than our expectations… Call of Duty’s New Map, Warzone Pacific, may not actually be a World War II setting. This would be a huge deviation from expectations, though likely a welcome one, but there’s actually some logic behind the idea.
With Warzone’s Vanguard integration and Warzone Pacific, we are likely seeing the universe of Call of Duty expand and exit Verdansk, but the continuity of said universe would change drastically, break even if we went back in time to the ‘40s with Warzone Pacific. A modern setting for Warzone Pacific and the Warzone integration is quite plausible when you consider the weaponry and the lack of removing content with the coming change up to the game. This opens the door for the theory and presented evidence and logic for Warzone Pacific to be not a past entry, but a present one into the Warzone universe. Let’s examine further…
