Hello and Welcome to Day 1 of the 30-Day Sitting Balance with a Broom Challenge!

Throughout these thirty days, we will be focusing on:

- Improving our sitting balance with core/trunk stabilization
- Improving our posture by combining anterior stretching with posterior strengthening
- Improving our overall brain-body coordination with dual tasking and complex motor planning

While it is a 30-day challenge, do not feel pressure to do the 30 days in a row! The goal is just to finish this together!

As for me- my name is Elizabeth and I am an Occupational Therapist! My other certifications include: LSVT BIG, Otaga, Stroke Rehabilitation and Tai-Chi. Along with 11 years of teaching, I am a Functional Aging Specialist and an Older Adult Exercise Consultant.
